Congrats to all those who took part in the Memorial Madness Tournament on May 28th!  It was a great time had by all, and we appreciate our coaches, officials, volunteers and our student-athletes who dedicated their day toward a fun, productive day of basketball!

Taking home the 5th grade Championship were the Charlottesville Dream, defeating the C'ville Saints in the finals.  The 7th grade Championship was an exciting finish, with the VABA Bruins-Black, Coached by James Davis, pulling out a hard-fought battle against the SQBA Junior Stars in overtime!  Great job, both teams!  For the 9th grade Championship, the athletic and talented Legends Basketball Academy from Newport News defeated the VABA Bruins. 

Great job by all teams and coaches!  It was a long, fun day of basketball, and we hope everyone saw improvement over the course of the day and had a blast!
