Welcome to the Coaches Classroom!

The Virginia Basketball Academy is committed to providing the highest level of basketball teaching.  However, beyond basketball, we believe that a coach's ultimate goal is to maximize his/her position in order to help prepare young players for life. 
The Coaches' Classroom is a place where coaches of all levels can come to learn more about how to teach the game of basketball.  In addition, we hope to provide sound coaching principles that will improve your ability to not only be more effective as a teacher, but also maximize your team's potential to perform at the highest level.  Within this page you will be able to access videos that include basketball drills, coaching philosophy, and much more. 

Through our "Coaching Forum," feel free to comment, ask questions, and engage in a dialogue with our staff and with each other as you seek out ideas and concepts that can improve you the teacher/coach.
