REGISTER for Fall Skills Academy/Winter Youth Leagues: Fall/Winter League Registration form (printable)
*print off and mail in with payment
*Sign-up for Fall Skills Academy (choose up to 8 sessions, Sunday, September 18th - Sunday, November 6)
*JBL teams will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis (first 40 registrations from each middle school district per grade)
*VDBL-Boys, VDBL-Girls teams are determined after fall tryouts/evaluations
