Today (and this weekend) all QSA Team Members can challenge their Virtual Training Partners for a VABA T-shirt!

TODAY IS CHALLENGE DAY! Here are the steps:
- Check out the "Challenge Day" Video gallery in the QSA Team page
- Watch your age-group Virtual Training Partner
- Work on that skill/drill as many times as you need
- Submit your video on the QSA Team Page BEATING your VTP's Score
- WIN A FREE VABA T-SHIRT!
Challenge Day will be every Friday!
Over the past week, our staff has been hosting live "QSA Tutorials" as we guide our VABA basketballers through the QSA Team page, the QSA Team App and how to access and use the QSA Resources.
For the past four weeks, the VABA Staff has been posting INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS in our Quarantine Skills Academy portal in order to allow YOU to familiarize yourselves with some of the introductory videos, drills and skills. Each day, new, more advanced videos have been posted. VABA's basketball curriculum is based on specific "Teaching Progressions," and it's this process that has made VABA famous and successfully trained over 5,000 athletes for over 20 years!
The only way to gain access to these videos will be to officially Join the QSA team (see link above).
-->Staying at home and working on your game in the driveway, or the cul-de-sac or at the park will have an entirely new meaning! Take your mobile device and watch a video and then execute the drill on your own.
