VIP COACHING REWARD LOTTERY ("CRL")

Eligibility:

1. Approved/Completed a Head or Assistant Coaching Role in a Prior Season.
2. Complete Coaching Registration, for upcoming season, BY 11:59 pm, June 29.  
3. Submit Coaching Registration to be HEAD COACH or ASSISTANT COACH for the up-coming season.
4. Fully-VABA-Certified (in last season served)

Point System:

• Lottery Drawing/Ping-Pong Ball held at 12:00 pm noon on June 30, 2023 (the day before July 1 registration opens!)

1. Head Coaching "Team Years:" For every team a VABA Head Coach has served, she/he earns TWO (2) Ping-Pong Balls/Lottery Tickets. 
   (including the application submitted for the up-coming season)
   -->THREE (3) HEAD COACHES DRAWINGS / JUNE 30
    
2. Assistant Coach "Team Years:" For every team a VABA Assistant Coach has served, she/he earns ONE (1) Ping-Pong Balls/Lottery Tickets (including the application submitted for the up-coming season)
   -->TWO (2) ASSISTANT COACH DRAWINGS / JUNE 30

Rewards:

• Early Bird Practice Priority Process will be provided chronologically, starting on June 1.  The earlier a Head Coach Registration is submitted, the higher the Practice Priority provided by VABA Team when practice days are given (with age-restrictions considered for earlier times, etc.)
   
• Chosen in reverse order, the following prizes are awarded to the following coaches.  
  
  HEAD COACH (Platinum Reward) 
• 100% FREE REGISTRATION FEE FOR ONE (1) PARTICIPATING CHILD
• $100.00 DICK'S GIFT CERTIFICATE (awarded on Championship Weekend)
• Must complete season and be in "good standing"
   
• HEAD COACH (Gold Reward) 
• 75% FREE REGISTRATION FEE FOR ONE (1) PARTICIPATING CHILD
• $75.00 DICK'S GIFT CERTIFICATE (awarded on Championship Weekend)
• Must complete season and be in "good standing"
   
• HEAD COACH (Silver Reward) 
• 50% FREE REGISTRATION FEE FOR ONE (1) PARTICIPATING CHILD
• $50.00 DICK'S GIFT CERTIFICATE (awarded on Championship Weekend)
   
• ASSISTANT COACH x 2 (Bronze Rewards) 
• 25% FREE REGISTRATION FEE FOR ONE (1) PARTICIPATING CHILD
• $25 DICK'S GIFT CERTIFICATE (awarded on Championship Weekend)
• Must complete season and be in "good standing"
