A maximum of two (2) individuals per athlete may observe a practice.
All spectators must remain masked and physically distanced from non-family members. Kids do not count in your "fan/spectator" total.

Please complete this ON THE DAY of participation. THIS IS REQUIRED for all participants and those entering the playing area.
