Serving our Community, Providing Opportunities for all
The Virginia Basketball Academy Scholarship Program exists to provide our unique teaching programs to anyone who wants to attend. As a non-profit organization, we provide the resources to those who qualify to receive financial assistance to attend the quality basketball programs we provide. The only requirement is a love for the game of basketball and a sincere desire to work hard, improve, and do one's best. Are you someone who possesses these qualities? Do you know someone who might make the most of this opportunity who could use financial aid? If so, please read below for more information.
VABA Pledge Form
• Use the VABA Pledge Form to seek "sponsorship" from community members and help fund-raise for our VABA Scholarship Program!
The VABA Scholarship Committee accepts applications on a rolling basis. For VABA Winter League, all Financial Aid forms must be turned in, approved with a qualification status and remaining balances paid in order to hold a spot on a team and receive a uniform to participate in games. Failure to do so in a timely fashion will jeopardize an applicant's opportunity to participate on a team.
