Basketballs are provided, PLEASE DO NOT bring your own basketball.

7th & 8th Grade = 7:30 - 9:15 pm

 A minimum of one (1) evaluation is required.

Choose the evaluation date closest to your residence/school and according to your grade level. 
(If you are unable to attend the appropriate grade-level evaluation date closest to your residence, choose another.  Three dates are provided to ensure 100% attendance.)

The following Leagues/Divisions DO NOT require an Evaluation:
JBL 1st-2nd grade & REC League
